A Dark and Mysterious Story

The spaceship Skeld receives a distress signal from a deserted planet, prompting the crew to investigate. However, after returning to the ship, strange incidents and mysterious disappearances begin to occur among the crew members. Even when Among Us Online officially starts, you don’t know your role in the round. You will play as a creature that looks similar to other characters.

A Crewmate or an Impostor?

As a Crewmate, your mission is to repair the systems and ensure that the ship's functions are running smoothly. Keep a close eye on your teammates, as an entity might be acting suspiciously. If you discover a body that is no longer alive, or suspect any creature of being an imposter, call an emergency meeting to discuss and vote with the team to eliminate the suspect. The crew wins if all impostors are successfully voted out.

On the other hand, if you're playing as an Impostor in Among Us Online, your objective is quite the opposite. Your goal is to sabotage the ship's systems and defeat crewmates without getting caught. Blend in with the crew, pretend to complete tasks, and use the vents to move quickly and avoid suspicion. Typically, there are one to three impostors in a game. You win when the number of remaining imposters is greater than the crewmates.

Before a round of Among Us Online begins, you will be given a final objective to complete. This is where your identity is revealed.

Be wary of players who call emergency meetings for weak reasons. If you suspect these creatures, pretend to do any tasks nearby and discreetly observe their actions.

For an Impostor

Act in places with fewer other characters, but be careful not to let too many discover your true intentions.
Ventilation ducts are the quickest way to move between rooms. Sabotage mechanical systems to create confusion and seize opportunities to eliminate crewmates.
If you’re suspected, shift the blame onto another player. Then, pretend to diligently complete tasks to divert attention away from yourself.
Don’t always follow the same pattern. Change your actions to make yourself less predictable to others.
Actively participate in discussions to sow confusion and divide the crew members, making it harder for them to unite against you.
